About the Climate Placement Project
Your place in the climate movement starts here.
At the Climate Placement Project, our mission is simple:
To help people find their path in the fight against climate change.
We believe the most powerful solution to the climate crisis is people. That’s why we focus entirely on one thing – recruiting and guiding individuals into the climate sector. Whether you’re a student, a job seeker, or someone ready to take action, we’re here to help you take the next step.

Why We Exist
Founded by Bob Carnevale, the Climate Placement Project was born out of a deep commitment to addressing climate change - not by talking about it, but by placing people where they can make a difference. After researching climate-related organizations, Bob saw a gap: no one was focusing on guiding people into climate careers, education, or activism. So he launched this nonprofit to do exactly that - connect everyday people with real opportunities to create change.
